  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Customers must provide photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or damage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned without prior communication or approval.
  • Damages resulting from improper use or handling by the customer.
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or customs clearance.
