We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products with manufacturing defects. Our policy is as follows:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including your order number and detailed explanation of the issue.
- Returned items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
Note: We do not accept exchanges for issues related to sizing preferences unless we delivered the wrong size. Please consult our size guide carefully before purchasing.
After we inspect the returned product, we will process a replacement shipment or issue a refund, as per your request.
